FLIPTOY warrants this product to the original retail purchaser as follows: The ride-on toy (excluding the battery) is covered against defective motors for one year from the date of original purchase. The battery is covered by a six-month limited warranty from the date of original purchase.

An original purchase receipt is required to validate the warranty. FLIPTOY may, at its discretion, provide replacement parts and reserves the right to substitute parts or models if they have been discontinued.
