Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Upon shipment, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Delivery Attempts and Returns Policy

We make up to three delivery attempts to ensure your order reaches you successfully. If the delivery is unsuccessful after three attempts and the product is not accepted, the item will be returned to us.

Return Process:

  1. After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the product will be marked for return.
  2. Once the item is returned to us, we will initiate the return process.

Partial Refund:

  1. Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it for eligibility.
  2. A partial refund will be issued, deducting any applicable return shipping and handling fees.
  3. The refunded amount will be credited using the original payment method.

Communication:

  1. You will be notified of the unsuccessful delivery attempts.
  2. A confirmation email will be sent upon the initiation of the return process.
  3. Refund details will be communicated once the partial refund is processed.
