10 Days Replacement (Ride-on toys)

  • Ride on – category toys are eligible for free replacement/refund, within 10 days of delivery, in an unlikely event of damaged, defective or different/wrong item delivered to you

Items are replaceable if you’ve received them in a condition that is –

  • Goods has received partial damage, which replace only damaged parts Like, Front & rear glass, battery, remote, drive gearbox, dashboard, steering, seat, side mirror etc.
  • Note: Please keep the item in its original condition, with outer box or case, user manual, and other accompaniments in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing replacement.

How can if missing product accessories:

  • If the product accessories missing like, the charger, remote, & other items then inform to our team within 2 days, we will be ship the item to you.

Items are fully refundable if you’ve received them in a condition that is –

  • Catastrophically Damaged condition.

15 days Replacement

  • Eligible for a free replacement, within 15 days of delivery, in the unlikely event of the damaged, defective or different item delivered to you.

Terms and conditions apply:

  • The product must be unused and within its original packing. *The product returned must reach to our warehouse. See the item condition After receiving returned product in our warehouse reserves the right to examine whether the returned product is meeting the same conditions as reported. In case of any alteration, “return product is not defective or damaged” the customer will be informed about the same and will process a Partial Refund to the buyer. This refund policy does not include losses due to accidents, misuse, misbehavior, negligence, voltage fluctuations, a spill of water/liquid, or other causes by the buyer, which are not the manufacturer’s faults in material or workmanship. We are also not accepting returns in terms of Product is small, Quality not adequate, (We are seller, Not the Manufacture) product not like or no longer needed, The customer will be informed about this and a partial refund.

  • Yes available, Refunds are made by us after deducting 4% of bank charges.

Note:

  • If your order has been dispatched from our warehouse and tracking details have been updated. Then you cannot cancel this order, on doing so 15% charge will be deducted, and the amount will remain on hold till the product is received by us.
