I ll extend my sincere thanks to Javed Bhai for his extra ordinary response in not only selecting the right bike but also in assembling and after sales service as well. The quality of product is outstanding both in term of durability and looks and the company Flip toy had shown the best level of customer satisfaction. Six-Month limited warranty on Battery

warrants this product to the original retail purchaser as follows: The ride-on toys (except for the battery) is warranted against defective MOTOR for one year from the date of original purchase. The battery is warranted for six months from the date of original purchase. An original receipt is required to validate your warranty. FLIPTOY will, at its option, provide replacement parts FLIPTOY reserves the right to substitute if the part or model has been discontinued. To make a claim under this warranty you must contact us. Proof of purchase is required, and shipping charges are the responsibility of the FLIPTOY.
